Description
The Fundamentals of Corrective Exercise Program Design course bundle is comprised of three learning modules: The Fundamentals of Corrective Exercise, Corrective Exercise Program Design, and The Complete Corrective Exercise Library. Each module features a digital, integrated reference manual, video instruction and demonstration, and a test. This course bundle will teach you how to alleviate and/or eliminate joint and muscle pain caused by common musculoskeletal imbalances using corrective exercises.
The Fundamentals of Corrective Exercise Program Design explores:

Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this course you will:
- Know how to conduct a corrective exercise consultation
- Know the most effective exercises for eliminating pain caused by common musculoskeletal imbalances and which musculoskeletal imbalances specific exercises will target
- Have the skills to eliminate restrictions in muscles and fascia using self-myofascial release techniques
- Understand how to increase a client’s mobility and range of movement using specific stretching exercises
- Be able to recommend strengthening exercises that will enable a client to move correctly and without pain
- Know how to structure a corrective exercise session
- Understand how to design a series of corrective exercise sessions
- Be able to direct clients in how to successfully execute corrective exercises
- Identify problems or issues that may arise as clients are performing corrective exercises
- Know how to progress and/or regress corrective exercises based on a client’s ability and performance goals

Your grade for this course is determined on a Pass/Fail basis. In order to receive a passing grade, you must correctly answer a minimum of 70% of the multiple choice exam questions.
